Privacy

Protecting your data matters to us. This policy explains what data RDV Solution processes, why, and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Visitors

We collect the bare minimum: a technical cookie that remembers your age confirmation and, if you add any, your favourites, stored only in your browser. We count views and clicks on ads anonymously. To understand how the site is used (page views, traffic sources, devices), we use Google Analytics, which sets measurement cookies; IP addresses are not stored there. We run no targeted advertising and never sell data.

Advertisers

To publish an ad we process your email address, the details of your ad, your photos and, for certification, private check photos. Check photos are never published and are visible only to moderators. GPS data embedded in photos is stripped automatically on upload.

Payments and bookings

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Bookings go through RDV Solution, which has its own privacy policy.

Hosting and retention

The site is hosted in Switzerland. Ad data is deleted when you delete your account, subject to legal retention duties.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@rdv-solution.ch.

Security

Passwords are stored encrypted, every connection is protected by HTTPS, and only moderators can access check photos.
